The Gospel Message
The gospel message according to scripture in the Bible is the good news that God offers salvation and eternal life through the death and resurrection of His Son Jesus Christ. The word "Gospel" itself is a declaration of His "good news," to us.
Core Elements of The Gospel Message
* God's Holiness and Creation:
God created the world and humans to live in fellowship with HIM.
* Human Sin:
All people have sinned and fallen short of God's (Holiness) standard, which separates us from Him (God) and brings forth spiritual death. ( Romans 3:23 ) Our sin separates us from God!
* Christ's Sacrifice:
Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross as an atoning sacrifice, taking (paying) the penalty that we deserve.
( 1 Corinthians 15:3)
* The :Resurrection:
Jesus rose from the dead (grave) on the third day, proving His (Jesus) victory over sin and death.
( 1 Corinthians 15:4 ) There were thousands of eyewitness's and first hand accounts of Jesus's resurrection.
The Free Gift:
Salvation is a free gift from God received through faith in Jesus, not by human efforts or works. (Ephesians 2:8, 9)
The calling and the gift from are irrevocable.
Summary:
No person can be good enough or earn their way to heaven. No matter how many good deeds we may do, how often we attend church, or how frequently a person (we) may read the Bible, or our efforts cannot be enough and validate our worthiness for eternity in heaven. According to a multitude of eyewitness's in the Bible, and Jesus Himself, the one and only way to spend eternity in heaven with God is through the atoning sacrifice that Jesus willingly died for each one of us. (Romans 10:13) God is a debtor to no person.
How To become Saved From Sin:
Salvation comes through genuine faith, repentance, and a real commitment to follow Jesus! There is not one magical formula or set of specific words. However, the key that is vital is a repenting heart and and a sincere williness to turn away from (your) sin and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. There is no other way in eternity found in Him. (Romans 10: 9-10)

John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
